To enter the venues on match days, you must present a valid mobile ticket via the official ticketing app on a compatible mobile device. Tickets are issued with a live QR code; screenshots of tickets will not be accepted for entry. If you are unable to access the app on your device, the person who would otherwise send you your ticket as their guest can present your ticket on their mobile phone (along with their own), provided you are entering the venue together through the same entrance.
